Permanent Placement services

We source and recruit general and specialist candidates for employment to your workforce. We provide highly qualified professional staff in various segments, including but not limited to information technology, finance and accounting, legal, high-end administrative, telecom, sales and marketing and engineering markets. 

Temporary Staffing Services

This involves the provision of temporary assignees and contractors (associates) for short and long term vacancies. A fast and efficient placement of associates in temporary assignments.

MANAGED SERVICES

Under Managed services, Tusen Consulting provides our customers with solutions, that include specialized staffing and the expertise of mainly full-time hired employees. We take full responsibility for the recruitment, motivation and training of these highly qualified professionals –taking full or part responsibility for the end result and maintenance of the projects.

TRAINING

We provide staff training and development to improve the skills of your work force and enabling your organization to grow. Our training is up to date, systematic and cut across several specializations. We train on what is applicable and on demand in the market space to boost the skills and attitudes required by employees to perform adequately on a given task or job.
