A leading records and information company requires the services of an experienced sales, marketing and business development executive for immediate employment. The Company offers an array of services which include physical document storage, document digitization, secure shredding of documents and other ancillary services.
Plan and implement strategies to sell new Records Management Outsourcing Agreements and support the implementation to achieve revenue, profit and client satisfaction plans.
The preferred candidate must have a good understanding of Lagos state’s business terrain and be resident in Lagos
Demonstrate a clear understanding and use of sales and marketing processes that support the achievement of revenue, profit and return on sales plans
Plan and implement strategies to sell new Records Management Outsourcing Agreements and support the implementation to achieve revenue, profit and client satisfaction
Achieve Company’s assigned revenue and gross profit budget on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
Identify business opportunities and prospects and evaluate their position through research and analysis of sales options
Drive active selling of all service lines by establishing relevant contacts and developing relationships with prospects
Maintain relationship with existing clients by providing requisite support and information
Identify product/service improvements or new products/services by keeping abreast of industry trends, market activities, and carrying out competitor analysis
Prepare reports (as required by management) by collecting, analysing, and summarizing relevant information
Participate in the Company’s business review processes, budgeting and strategy sessions
Drive brand awareness and increase awareness on the benefits of outsourcing physical document management
Liaise cross functionally with other teams in the Company towards achieving overall business goals
Develop and maintain database of prospects and clients on behalf of the Company
Maintain a positive relationship with the resource partners to ensure a defined base of qualified prospects, as well as develop new prospects independently
Accountable for the preparation of proposals that include all products and services offered by DataGuard Document Management Limited with emphasis on transitioning clients into more advanced records management solutions
Maintain positive relationships with operations, administration and other resource partnering departments.
Minimum of Second Class Lower or its equivalent in any discipline A Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related discipline will be an added advantage
