Finance Functions
- Preparation of financial statements (Monthly, Quarterly, and Annually)
- Prepare asset, liability and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
- Ensure proper documentation and posting on Quickbooks in line with office policy
- Substantiate financial transactions with source documents
- Maintain and document accounting and internal controls by preparing and recommending policies/procedures.
- Reconcile payables and receivables accounts
- Carryout bank and general ledger reconciliations
- Petty Cash management
- Invoicing of goods in line with approved standards
- Secure financial information by completing database backups
- Maintain bank accounts and officer relationship
- Analyze financial information and summarise financial status
- Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures
- Provide schedule for audit purposes
