Job Overview

Job responsibilities

  • Coordinating with customers for scheduling pick up and deliveries
  • Ensure that company vehicle/bike is maintained and cleaned
  • Adhere to signing in on time and route planning for the day
  • Adhere to safety driving regulations
  • Maintain and develop a relationship with internal customers (Sales and Customer Service)
  • Ensure having zero loss of shipments
  • Ensure shipments are delivered without any damage and on time
  • Actively update Team Leader on a regular basis for any challenges faced on the route.
  • Ensure that all assigned pick-ups were collected, and necessary action is takenĀ 

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of vehicle/bike documentation papers
  • Valid driverā€™s/rider permit license
  • Knowledge in the use of smart phone
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good Knowledge of Lagos mainland roads (e.g Ikorodu, Ikotun)
  • No health challenges
