Job Purpose:

The Recruiter will post jobs and review candidates’ job experiences, negotiate salaries and place candidates in employment positions within specified timelines.

 

 

Scope:

·         Role will be to ensure vacancies are filled with suitable candidates within specified timelines

Essential Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop a general recruitment strategy for the company
  • Develop job descriptions or liaise with hiring managers to get job descriptions
  • Coordinate posting of vacancies across all the available platforms
  • Source and screen candidates that meet the the advised job descriptions
  • Coordinate the interview process with the HR Consultants in charge
  • Facilitate offers and employment negotiations with the shortlisted candidates
  • Work with HR Consultants on recruitment and employment negotiations
  • Manage the job portal database alongside HR consultants
  • Advise colleagues and the manager on recruitment tools, trends and strategies
  • Any other related assignments advised by the Busimess Development Manager
Qualifications:

  • Bsc or HND
  • Minimum of three years relevant previous experience
  • Professional  qualification will be an added advantage

 

Knowledge Requirements:

  • Exposure to the outsourcing industry
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft office tools

 

Complexity:

  • Customer focus and sense of urgency
  • Good interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Good communication skills with a keen knowledge of recruitment skills and strategies
  • Ability to deliver recruitment targets within specified timelines
